In v0.15.4, There is still a high CPU usage problem which occurs just before torrent completion. It has been fixed in libtorrent SVN and will be included in the soon-to-be released v0.15.5. Maybe the Deluge guys should package a SVN snapshot of the RC_0_15 branch on their PPA (as I do for the qBittorrent PPA).
