SUBMISSION DEADLINE: SEP 30, 2010 Dear Colleagues, The following announcement delineates an opportunity for the research community to suggest to NSF ideas as candidate topics at the emerging frontiers of research and innovation. These would be emerging interdisciplinary topics that are not currently supported by NSF and could potentially lead to transformative results that address national needs or a grand challenge.
