Dear Rural and Local Development Researchers, As a member of the Scientific Committee for the 2011 ERSA Congress in Barcelona (http://www.ersa.org/ersa-congress/), I have been asked to organize sessions on Rural and Local Development. The sessions would be R- sessions, for which abstract and paper submissions would be reviewed. I would coordinate (or perform) the reviews of the submissions and be involved in the assignment of the discussants for session papers. Papers which are not recommended for inclusion in the R sessions can still be presented in non-R sessions.
