Thanks to all who replied with suggestions and contacts. Some others asked me
to let them know what I discovered, so here is a summary:

I would suggest your colleague check with Tom Fullerton at UTexas, El Paso.
Tom has done a lot of work on modeling US-Mexican interactive impacts and would
know what is consistently available in the way of data.

Contact Fidel Aroche Reyes at UNAM, Mexico City

==

Try "Dr. Alejandro Davila" <[email protected]>

==

I think John Wagner at SUNY-Syracuse (School of Forestry) built an IMPLAN model
for Mexico years ago.......

==

Have your colleague try Alejandro Ibarra at Monterrey Tech. He may know. Not
sure.  [email protected]

Hi Randy - We (IMPLAN) are just finishing the OECD countries and the US
Territories. Looks like Mexico is in the OECD. They should be available in a
couple of weeks. We don't have regional data for Mexico at this time but could
create it if we can get employment and demographic data. The OECD models are 49
sectors. The Territories are 440 sectors.

You may want to contact J. Edward Taylor, Department of Agricultural and
Resource Economics, University of California, Davis. He has done some work with
Mexico CGE models for specific regions. At least during the early 2000s.
