The University of Wisconsin-Extension is seeking qualified candidates for the 
position of State Program Director for the Community, Natural Resources and 
Economic Development (CNRED) Program Area. The CNRED Program Area is composed 
of a network of county and campus based Extension educators, specialists and 
staff who work in Extension programming and a range of community issues. The 
successful candidate will have a PhD, Ed.D, or J.D. from an accredited 
university or college in a field relevant to the CNRED program area and 
qualifications consistent with academic department acceptance and faculty 
ranking within the University of Wisconsin System. The State Program Director, 
in collaboration with the Associate State Program Director, provides 
administrative leadership in all areas of program operations, program 
development, evaluation and implementation; external partnership development; 
development of financial resources and budgetary administration; human resource 
development and administration; and support of organizational structure and
