Deadline for submissions for the first Official Posting is 15 March 2001.  You are invited to consider the proposal referenced at the URL above.  Please get your first issues in by the March 15 deadline or contact me with specifics about the progress on your respective e-journals.

Note:  This first submission need not be lengthy and, as per the rules of the association, CAN BE entirely or partially previously published material.  A great body of material is also not needed.  See the URLs above for information on minimum word counts.

Also Note:  Being an HTML guru or web page designer is not needed.  Check with me via e-mail on specifics about how we might get your contributing journal up and running.

At present, the first Official Posting will offer public access to e-journals from Rusty Burke and myself.  I've heard from a few others who are seriously considering joining, but have not received submissions from them as yet.  I'm reserving a domain name for future hosting of this and related Howard studies projects.

Please note -- again, I can't emphasize this too strongly -- that this proposed association of REH-interested writers is not intended to supplant or diminish the good work of any or all other REH-interested bodies or groups.  It is conceived as a complement to the fine activities already underway and established.  Its purpose is to help further and help invigorate the study of Bob and his work.
