        We were trying to write files to the machine and would get "no space left
on device" errors, yet our partition is clearly not full.  The machine has
been running very stable for almost a year now.  We're worried that we may
experience some data corruption or loss somewhere along the line.

        Is there anything we can do to ensure the safety and stability of our box?
It's a VERY mission-critical machine.  Any info is GREATLY appreciated...
