This is weird: Mounting the filesystem manually after booting is finished without mounting the filesystem, or remounting it manually with the usrquota option after the boot script has mounted the filesystem without the usrquota option works. But booting with the fstab line
/dev/hdc1 /mnt/HDC30G reiserfs defaults,usrquota 1 2 gives a 'bad option' error. I am using the latest kernel (2.4.13) and the latest utils (reiserfs-3.x.0j). The distro is SuSE 7.2 and everything except the kernel is stock-distro. Can anyone explain? Thanks, Frank
