Hello! Attached are combined speedup patches for 2.4.18 (patch for 2.4.19-pre6 comes in next e-mail) this is not final form, but very close to the final, I think. Patches were pretty stable for us for some time alerady, and we see quite an improvement with these patches on reiserfs operations.
Those who think they are brave enough can try these patches and share their
findings with us. I hope this will bring some life into this list, as
it was quiet for some time already ;)
