After some testing, it looks like rekonq now works with Wiki previews. 
Submitting changes also works now.
The thing that does not work correctly though is

1. I log in on kmess.org/board
2. I click on any topic and click on Post Reply
3. My login is "forgotten" (I get logged out), so I have to enter a recaptcha 
code in order to post stuff to the topic as guest

Submitting the stuff works though.
