I don't want to debate now on the code, but just on the feature. I studied the 
wish, the bug report and the replies. What's the gain from having such option? 
I'm sure that in rekonq 0.7 someone will come out saying: "rekonq does NOT 
respect settings" and opening a bug report. Moreover, I cannot reproduce the 
requested behavior with firefox, as the bug requester said.
