Review request for rekonq. Summary ------- Tab preview flickers when you open more than like 4 tabs and move your mouse over them quickly. With this patch when you hover the tab for the first time tab preview appears after 2 seconds (as it was default before) and once it's on tabbar when you move your mouse without leaving it tab previews appears immediately.
