Description ------- When "Open Tabs Near Currently Active" option is checked, pressing new tab button or Ctrl + T or new tab action opens the new tab near currently active one. This is bad, imho. With this patch pressing new tab button, action or Ctrl + T opens the new tab at the end of the tab bar.
