Log:
Large editing of the CHANGES file for the disp_spin_speed branch messages.
This includes deletion of insignificant or inconsequential changes, removal of
all of the
timing text, many spelling and typo fixes, capitalisation corrections, addition
of missing full
stops, removal of double spaces inside sentences, deletion of reverted commit
messages, fixed
dispersion model names, etc.
Some messages cannot be fixed without input from the original author (Troels)
or they were too
short to be understandable and to know what the change was or what
functionality was affected.
