relax versions 1.2.5 to 1.2.7 are affected by this bug. This was fixed in
r2738 (https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-commits/2006-11/msg00033.html) in
the 1.2 line and in r2739
(https://mail.gna.org/public/relax-commits/2006-11/msg00034.html) in the 1.3
line.
