Hi Edward,
I'm not sure if this is a bug, but I can't see what I'm doing wrong. I get
the following error when doing the final optimisation using full_analysis.py
Instance 129.
Run Num_params_(k) Num_data_sets_(n) Chi2
Criterion
local_tm 3 3 3633.32991
3639.32991
The model from the run 'local_tm' has been selected.
relax> fix(run='final', element='diff', fixed=1)
RelaxError: No diffusion tensor data is loaded for the run 'final'.
Have I just left something out?
