Apart for some code comments and command line documentation this makes a 1.0beta version of the unit_test runner. I don't currently intend to add any more features (there are a couple of minor changes i might do, but on the other had they may not occur) . Further changes will be to remove bugs ;-), unless there is anything anyone feels they really need...
