I am working now again on the GUI and hope to be able to finalize it end of
next week. I encountered a small error in the dauvergne_protocol.py file,
which should be committed in the 1.3 branch.

Status for local tm models is set correctly.
This was a typing mistake inducing the status.py singleton into the
auto_analysis.

Furthermore, I still have the pymol problem! Which version do you have
installed?
