Hi, You could fix this by trying the following. Try the statement:
if self.unres and not isinstance(self.unres, str) and not isinstance(self.unres, DummyFileObject): You will need to import the DummyFileObject from relax_io. This might require some testing. These type checks are important for the scripting side as it prevents users from making silly mistakes. For the GUI it is not so important, as the GUI checks and controls the input.
