Details:
The normal model-free analysis by the GUI (the dauvergne_protocol
auto-analysis) requires a PDB file. But the analysis can be accidentally
started without inputing the file. It would be good if the GUI throws a
warning saying that the PDB file must be given for the dauvergne_protocol
auto-model-free analysis to work.
