yes i am quite happy to do that and i think we should push it out into the
wild. Unfortunately my time has always seemed to be filled up with things
thst pushed the relax work backwards. So a plan

1. lets merge it
2. I will set aside time next wednesday to get it on our cluster and test it
3. I don't think mentioning it in an over arching paper will cause any
problems. I think the implementation and speed increases on there own won't
push forward an interesting paper (and so could be discussed) , but have
some ideas of things we could use it for that would generate interesting
results (maybe we should discuss this elsewhere?)
