Follow-up Comment #1:
This could be to do with the parallelisation of the Monte Carlo simulations.
I'll look more into it, but it could be printing the 'Simulation X' text when
queuing the simulations, and then running the queued simulations without
printout after the last 'Simulation X' text is printed.
