Someone seems to have fixed the gnome-contacts to be part of Core. Moved
gnome-documents there as well.

I've set 'Applications' as a GNOME classification.

Now only Other/Deprecated/Infrastructure doesn't have a GNOME target
field. Seems to make sense I think.
