I made some fixes to libschedule.py in releng, to have proper tooltips
in the mini calendar on the wiki page, I didn't update the wiki page
or ics files.
I am not sure about "Feature Freeze: new functionality is chosen now",
do we still need something like that? It's not like modules, it's not
easy to pull one feature off after it has been worked on for months in
existing modules. I believe we'll be fine with status updates to the
different features, and of course we'll be able to postpone one
feature to the next cycle if necessary.
