Indeed, I noticed the "GUADEC" email being sent to devel-announce-list@,
and from the look of it it will continue sending out those announcements
for two or three days, then I do not know it will react on "task" events;
thus I would prefer to have it set back to release-team@, before we can
make sure it only sends proper emails.
I think my plan would be to keep it sending emails on this list during
3.13, and to take this time to review (and update) the texts.
