It's still needed since we have nothing else that e.g. allows activate a
krb ticket dialog via DBus and the GOA Kerberos part still has
limitations (e.g. no support for udating AFS tickets).

It _should_ go away in the long run but there wasn't much progress
recently so I'd rather remove the deprecation until we have something
better integrated.
