I've added the schedule to https://wiki.gnome.org/ThreePointSeventeen and going to announce "final" on Monday without further feedback (and create the ical file etc). No "Feature proposals" stuff in there.
I have no idea whether I should create https://wiki.gnome.org/ThreePointFifteen/Features for 3.17 and link to it from https://wiki.gnome.org/RoadMap#Platform-wide_features ?
