The string changed is the title of the dialog when all files renamed are folders, so instead of "Rename %d Files", the title will be "Rename %d Folders".
This is important to be included in this release for consistency, as this is the normal behavior in Nautilus. An example would be the rename popover, which also differentiates between files and folders, so I would say that users expect the title to be this way.
