Hello, while GNOME Disks already guards two long-running actions from suspending by calling gtk_application_inhibit, this was missing for benchmarking but of course should also be the case. A pending patch adds a new translatable string and thus breaks the string freeze of the 3.28 release. The visible usage of the string is in GNOME Shell's shutdown dialog where at least one of the current inhibit reasons is listed.
Would you argue for or against inclusion of this patch in 3.28.2? https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=794485 Regards, Kai _______________________________________________ [email protected] https://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/release-team Release-team lurker?
