Hi,

a few fixes are needed for gnome-initial-setup. Both changes are quit
straight forward.

To be precise, two patches:
 * data: Flag gnome-initial-setup.desktop as being systemd managed
   -> This was an oversight in the original patch series
 * data: Always install .wants symlinks
   -> This means the services are enabled automatically (rather then
      requiring running "systemctl --user enable")

PS: There was also a revert in GDM which was important to get gnome-
initial-setup working again:
