Yes.  But please make it clear that people are encouraged
to keep the feature status (in-progress or done) up-to-date.

We should probably send out a message with the following:
 1. please keep your status up-to-date on the 4.1 page
 2. please don't add anything new to the 4.1 page
 3. please move your feature to the 4.2 page if you haven't started it yet
