I don't know when it was added, but I do know that rc4 doesn't contain the
change (which is what I had at home) and currently cmake 2.6.3 is at rc7.

The easy answer is: If kdepimlibs or kdebase cannot find the libraries from
kdelibs and those are in <libdir>/cmake/<kdelibs>, then you're cmake needs
to be updated.
