kdebindings is installing
${PREFIX}/bin/pykdeuic4/pykdeuic4.py
${PREFIX}/bin/pykdeuic4/pykdeuic4.pyc
which seems like an odd location and this is new with 4.3.0. 4.2.98
installed them in
${PREFIX}/share/kde/apps/pykde4/pykdeuic4.py
${PREFIX}/share/kde/apps/pykde4/pykdeuic4.pyc
