Akonadi bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219687 was a showstopper. Turns out to be a bug in DBus. Until DBus is fixed or Qt is changed to work around the DBus bug, we have provided a our own workaround in the Akonadi server. I now turn this over to Volker who can fill us in as to what Akonadi server version(s) have this workaround, and how to get the needed code.
