Sure there was, at least - I was coordinating with the release dude to make sure both would be ready at the same time... And the story was already published (but not on the front page) at the time the kde.org page was still full of 'work in progress' hints... In any case, this then is a lack of coordination, if anything :D Next release I propose all people who want to help, in any capacity, even if it's just 'plus+'ing the announcement, hang on kde-promo. And we talk there. And yes, that means I did it wrong too as Albert and myself were talking in a private IRC channel... /J > Cheers > Martin
