Unfortunately since stable CI jobs default to Qt 5.5 kdepim is not buildable since it needs Qt 5.6
I don't have Qt 5.6 in my system either so the KDE Applications 16.08 packages for kdepim will need extra checking by the distro people since i won't be able to do any check on them.
