At the Plasma sprint we discuss the Plasma Live Images page used in the Plasma announces as a way to get the latest release. We decided to separate images which ship the latest release and those which don't to be consistent with the use from our announcement. If your distro ships Plasma 5.9 please make sure to add it in the right section.
