Ahh, releaseme pulls the translated docs in with the translations so
hard to avoid...
Anyways, had a quick look at the docs and don't see any compelling
reason to not install them.
They are not quite up-to-date of course, but it's not a lot of false
info either.
So I think we'll include it in final release.
Btw, the indonesian documentation fails to build with kdoctools <

I'm close to clueless on docbook matters, but seems strange as e.g. &etc
is an entity that should be defined by default and common to all
documentation.
