because there is no folder inside, all is stable/release-service/
directly.
For me all worked fine.
in fact here is a small problem. in
deino.kde.org:stable/release-service/ the version is 20.04.1 not
20.08.3.
in fact i was wrong :-)
there is all as wanted.
