At least breeze has the wrong version in its CMakeLists.txt:
set(PROJECT_VERSION "5.26.2")
This means that plasma-workspace will silently ignore Breeze and
instead use
Plastik as default window decoration.
I did not check whether other repos/tarballs are affected.
