[Releasing] Suggested agenda for the release team meeting

Hi,

Here is a suggestion for the agenda for the release team meeting today:
1. Update on the issues that must happen before the beta 2 release
    - Installer scripts (Johanna, Iikka and Akseli)
    - Library renaming (Thiago)
    - Qt Creator running on Qt 5 (Maurice, Kai and Tim)
2. Update on error management and QTBUG-27319 (Topi)
3. Release readiness
