    I uploaded my Qt5.1.1 Mingw480 32ibt static release build.
the link:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/qtcnbuild/files/Qt5.1.1/Mingw48/5.1.1-rel-static.7z/download
extract the 7z file and run install.bat
