Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting 23rd May 2017

Qt 5.9 status:
- Qt 5.9.0 rc content in place
- Packages are created and testing is ongoing
   * All seems to be OK so we will release those packages as Qt 5.9.0 rc Wed
24th May
- And we won't update the content anymore before final release if nothing
really serious found from RC packages
   * But if found we will just fix that & create rc2 immediately (No other
updates to the content)
- Target is to get Qt 5.9.0 final out Wed 31.5.2017
