[17:04:55] <jaheikki3> Ok, let's start from Qt 6.1 status [17:05:13] <jaheikki3> Qt 6.1.1 released yesterday [17:05:36] <jaheikki3> Target is to release Qt 6.1.2 at the end of June and Qt 6.1.3 in August [17:06:14] <jaheikki3> So we need to start branching from '6.1' to '6.1.2' ~ at the end of next week [17:06:40] <jaheikki3> That's all about Qt 6.1 status at this time. Any comments or questions? [17:07:05] <thiago> not from me [17:07:10] <carewolf> I assume we branch without many bug-fixes, so we rely on fixes picked to the new branch? [17:07:56] <carewolf> but right, 3 weeks from 6.1.1 is pretty tight.. [17:08:08] <jaheikki3> Well, both. Qt 6.1.1 branch was alive quite long time so there is already pretty many fixes in 6.1 to the top of 6.1.1 [17:08:17] <carewolf> ok [17:08:57] <jaheikki3> Ok, then Qt 6.2 status [17:09:09] <jaheikki3> Feature Freeze is in effect [17:09:28] <jaheikki3> All new modules are also in cmake ci [17:10:02] <jaheikki3> Unfortunately we haven't been able to get full dependency update round done since end of may [17:10:15] <jaheikki3> But now it seems promising [17:10:52] <carewolf> as I tried a top build today, nothing build due to all the qml cmake api changes [17:11:10] <jaheikki3> We will branch '6.2' from 'dev' after successfully dependency update round and hoping that can happen already tomorrow [17:12:03] <jaheikki3> carewolf: qml cmake API changes should be done & dependencies updated in this ongoing round [17:12:11] <carewolf> ok [17:12:29] <carewolf> I was just surprised at the state [17:13:26] <jaheikki3> Plan is to produce new snapshot from this new dependency update round, test it & do needed fixes for the alpha. And target is to release Qt 6.2 Alpha tue 15th June as planned [17:14:05] <jaheikki3> That's all about Qt 6.2 status at this time. Any more comments or questions? [17:14:19] <carewolf> not from me [17:15:11] <jaheikki3> Ok, lets end this meeting now and have new one tue 15th June at this same time [17:15:18] <jaheikki3> Thanks for your participation, bye!
