Meeting minutes from Qt Release Team meeting Tue 16th August 2022

Qt 6.4 status:
- Qt 6.4 beta3 preparations are ongoing
   * Beta3 content is frozen and packages are created
   * Testing is ongoing
   * We will release Qt 6.4.0 Beta3 later this week
- Qt 6.4 soft string freeze will be announced tomorrow and official Qt 6.4 
string freeze will be in effect wed 24th August
- Qt 6.4 API change review is still slightly ongoing, see 
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-103659  
- Updating 3rd party components for the release still ongoing, see 
https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-103660

Qt 6.3 status:
- Qt 6.3.2 preparations are ongoing
   * Branching from '6.3' to '6.3.2' is done
   * Release content not frozen yet but will be frozen at the end of this week
   * Target is to release Qt 6.3.2 during next week
      ** Qt 6.3.2 will be the last release from the Qt 6.3 series
