There's an editorial in News Advance (Lynchburg VA) today on
the recent rulings on religious displays. Douglas Laycock is quoted.
Opening paragraph: "There needs to be an Eleventh Commandment for the
U.S. Supreme Court: Thou shalt not confuse the public."
