Title: Interpreting the Plurality Opinion and Breyer's Concurrence in Van Orden

Although I make it a general rule not to read decisions as long as Judge Pratt’s in the interchange case, I made an exception in that case, and am glad I did. The decision is powerful and reflects AU’s elegant lawyering. Congratulations on a job well done..

AJCongress will of course be interested in filing an amicus brief at the appropriate  time. Let me know how we can best be of service.
