While attempting to build the release-notes translated book , I get an error :

Steps to Reproduce:
1.git clone -b f24 https://pagure.io/release-notes
2.cd release-notes
3.publican trans_drop
4.publican update_pot
5.publican update_po --langs=fr
6. replace po files in fr with po files downloaded from Zanata (fr)
7.publican build --formats=html,pdf --langs=fr
Actual results:
No output in tmp
Expected results:
html and pdf book in tmp
