Chosen participants will go on to provide training to non-specialised journalists in Ebola affected countries (Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leonne) in the months following the ToT. The local workshops in Liberia and Sierra Leone will offer local non-specialized journalists a health and science reporting toolbox tailored to covering on-going outbreak situations. The objective of this initiative is to help build the capacity of African media to undertake high quality health and science journalism. Participants should be available to attend the entire training from 21-25 Septembre 2015 and also to deploy in Liberia and/or Sierra Leone for 5-day workshops.
