Hi,

Please pull the latest git and test it. I believe it has correct
support for multi-byte characters and the -c option.

        git clone http://git.roaringpenguin.com/Remind.git Remind.git
        git pull

I've only tested it with UTF-8 encoding. Also, there are new
line-drawing options:

        # Draw lines using VT100 line-drawing mode
        remind -cl .reminders

        # Draw lines using UTF-8 line-drawing glyphs
        remind -cu .reminders

xterm doesn't seem to handle line-drawing very well when it's in
UTF-8 mode, but gnome-terminal is fine.

Note that my implementation is completely different from the patch
